My Story
Dr. Mastracchio has an active career as a professor and communication consultant. She has taught college courses since 2004 and her clients have included AI and Rapid Prototyping firms in the defense space, cybersecurity and IT training academies serving DOD, and nonprofits designed to advance diversity in peace and security fields. She has been a featured communication expert quoted in local and national publications and media.
Dr. Mastracchio has spent the last 19 years serving both the federal government and academic organizations. Previously, Dr. Mastracchio served The Defense Intelligence Agency as a government civilian where she worked as an intelligence officer and directed the Analytic Outreach program that served United States Central Command (USCENTCOM). She also served USCENTCOM as the Media Operations Cell Team Chief where she supported the USCENTCOM mission of conducting public affairs planning and media analysis serving all countries in the USCENTCOM AOR, USSOCOM where she was a Senior Communicator for Global SOF, and USINDOPACOM where she served as a Communication Plans Analyst.
She has held academic positions at Hawaii Pacific University, National Intelligence University, The University of South Florida, and The University of Tampa where she taught courses in communication and international affairs. Dr. Mastracchio is a trained rhetorician. With a specific focus on language and cultural analysis, she is an expert in understanding the relationship between language, culture, and national and international politics.
Dr. Mastracchio has a Masters Degrees in Communication Studies, a Graduate Certificate from The Project on the Rhetoric of Inquiry, and a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from The University of Iowa. She is a sustaining member of The Junior League and has previously served on the boards of The Children's Home Society of Florida and the University of South Florida Alumni Association.
My Story
Roderick Mann holds a BBA, an MBA, a CPA, and is APICs CPIM certified. He taught Finance at Concordia University in Irvine, CA for 4 years, published Navigating the New Normal for young people new to finance, and currently writes finance and investing articles for Epoch Times.
His career was primarily in high-tech, rising to vice president in both finance and manufacturing operations. He brought up and shut down offshore plants, worked in positions of distribution, logistics, supply chain and manufacturing operations. Roderick also spent half his career in cost accounting, audits, banking, tax, financial planning and controlling systems and implementing ERPs. He developed policies and procedures, and provided financial analysis and modeling to both private and public company stakeholders.
